With the success of last years Underground Tour which can be seen via our youtube page (youtube.com/mightymuzikmag) we are glad to announce that we will be bringing it back for another year! In early July we caught up with Alison (writer/editor) at Euclid Records in New Orleans to talk to her about the book project she worked on “The definition of Bounce” along with 10th ward Buck & Lucky Johnson.

Right on time as always comes the highly anticipated 2-cent yearly release of their Christmas video including HipHop artists that are currently relavent at the time. Really great production with a collection of visuals that will have you laughing. More videos can be seen at 2-cent.com.

This Industry Influence was definitely an event you would have wanted to be in the building for if you did not make it out. A lot of great information was given to compliment some great performances. Make sure you check out the featured folks in this video and make an attempt to attend Industry Influence. Remember every first Monday of the month be at the Hangar in New Orleans to network, see performances and get some great insight from people making their way thru the industry!

The monthly showcase and Industry insider event you don’t want to miss is back with the December installment! December 5th be at the Hangar (1511 S. Rendon St) to network and check out some of the showcasing acts such as: Buzy B, Iris P, Kris Baptiste and more. This months panel with be about “Putting together your game plan for 2012″ and Power female artists in the game right now. Don’t miss a great event and a chance to network with the people at this event.
